After looking at the different types of vehicles to choosing the one I wanted I received a phone call from Matt to arrange collection of my new car filled out the paperwork Matt talked me through the functions of the car

Salesman Tom Ash did a fine job and went beyond the norm in helping me operate my smart phone etc. It was noticeable he was a little rushed but this is not a reflection on him but in the lack of support from the dealership.

I do think the level of service has gone down slightly since the recent change of ownership. I do not think it appropriate to arrange a service with a centralised call center for example.

Service department were very good, kept in contact, the main contact Ben very easy to deal with. The car itself is extremley disappointing, have now heard that the air suspension fails at 5-7 years, absolutely disgusting standard of manufacture.

The future next year MOT expiry date was not logged correctly to keep it the same, hence a month was lost for when the MOT is due again, by end of May 2026 instead of June 2026. I pointed out I wanted to keep the date when making the booking.
