I dropped my car off in working order, had it returned to me with a report of a drumming noise! This turned out to be a bolt in the front tyre, which resulted in puncture & new tyre. When I called to discuss,I was left on hold for 20 mins. No answer

The vehicle was thoroughly tested, it even got a clean inside and out after. They did a video of all parts of the car underneath, and let you know what was good and not so good. You got a listing of what was done, and everything was very welcoming,

The visit it was unpleasant unprofessional the impression is not liking I purchase the car from group one in Cambridge, it took 2 days to put new tyre, But the actual job done well by the engineers.he wasn't happy mentioning I have tyre insurance.

Service was excellent. Only issue was the complimentary car wash. Car washed poorly (some parts not washed) and not dried sufficiently so once the water runs had dried, the finish was awful. If a service is offered, do it well otherwise dont offer it

Very nice people. I dropped my car off for service and ended up going to hospital, they kept my car until I could pick it up the following day. Knew I had been to hospital and asked me how I was before talking about the car and finance.

Problems on folding hood on my wife's Z4, which was found to be a faulty hall switch. It took a good number of hours tiz isolate and then fix the problem . Ben Carpenter was excellent it keeping me informed of progress and helping reduce the bill .

I had a complaint on NSF wheel making a right racket, Ben couldn't find the fault and therefore got a technician to go out with me. He recognised the sound but couldn't diagnose the fault as my tyres were unevenly worn. Ben agreed to review later
