Consistency in customer service - faultless!

I do think the level of service has gone down slightly since the recent change of ownership. I do not think it appropriate to arrange a service with a centralised call center for example.

The future next year MOT expiry date was not logged correctly to keep it the same, hence a month was lost for when the MOT is due again, by end of May 2026 instead of June 2026. I pointed out I wanted to keep the date when making the booking.
